Ukraine complains to the UN over increased Eastern Ukraine violence

Ukraine has complained to the UN Secretary General about increased violence in the Donbass region. Ukraine's UN representative sent a letter to the UN head demanding that Russia stops military action in Eastern Ukraine and maintains ceasefire. Julia Lyubova reports from Moscow.
