Trump Aide: US Russia Sanctions May Be Disproportionate

Donald Trump's incoming White House press secretary has said that the Obama administration's latest sanctions on Russia may have gone too far.

Sean Spicer was speaking after the expulsion of 35 suspected Russian spies,  following Moscow's suspected hacking of the US presidential election campaign.
