Talks in Brussels Diffuse Tension between Serbia and Kosovo

Leaders from Serbia and Kosovo have agreed to ease tensions after high level talks in Brussels. 

After the meeting, the European Union's top diplomat said it was decided by both sides to leave grievances behind and focus on the work ahead.
