Russia's envoy for Syria says he has given opponents of the country's
president Bashar al-Assad a draft constitution in an attempt to hasten
political negotiations.
Alexander Lavrentiev says the document was prepared by Russian
specialists and comes after two days of indirect talks between the
Syrian government and members of the armed opposition.
William Denselow reports from Moscow.
