The new United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres has called
for peace in 2017 urging the international community to leave war and
bloodshed in the past.
The former Prime Minister of Portugal was officially sworn into the
role of Secretary General in mid-December but didn't officially begin
work until Sunday.
