Iraqi soldiers move to retake western Mosul

Iraqi soldiers says they are preparing to retake the western part of
Mosul from the so-called Islamic State.

It comes after Iraqi soldiers, helped by a US-led coalition, announced
they took control of eastern Mosul on Tuesday.
