Boy Scouts open to transgender children

The Boy Scouts of America is changing its policy to allow children who identify as boys to participate in their programs.

The more than 100-year-old organization has been criticized in the past for discriminating against homosexuals.

In a taped video message, Boy Scouts of America CEO Michael Surbaugh acknowledged that society has changed.
