2016 One of Most Violent Years Ever for Chicago

End of year data released by the Chicago Police Department shows 2016 was one of the most violent years in history for that city. 

The year ended with 762 homicides in Chicago.

And as US Correspondent Rachel Silverman reports, that puts Chicago at the center of a national dialogue about gun violence.
