Chuck Jones, the president of the Steelworkers union local 1999, is continuing to stand up for himself after Donald Trump personally attacked him as a poor leader.
Mr. Jones went public with the reality that air conditioner maker Carrier would only keep about 800 jobs in Indiana, not the 1,100 that the president-elect was so happy to promote at a rally last week.
Union chief Jones told reporters, he believes in the message of keeping jobs in America, but there just aren't that many good paying manufacturing jobs anymore for the workers who will be fired.
IN: "The manufacturing...
OUT: ...any of that."
