Hundreds of Russian athletes were involved in a state-sponsored doping scheme which ran from 2011, according to a new report.
The latest installment of the Mclaren report has added more detail to allegations made in July, which led to bans on some athletes taking part in the Rio Olympics and Paralympics.
The updated report, released in London, talks of an 'institutional conspiracy' at multiple levels in Russia, going as far as the country's secret service.
The author, Dr Richard Mclaren, says the scale of the issue is huge.
