UN: Aleppo fighting displaces 400,000 civilians

New United Nations figures show 400,000 people have now been displaced
in the Syrian city of Aleppo as the fighting continues.

The UN's humanitarian head has warned the city is at risk of becoming
a "giant graveyard".
