Rebels pull out from Aleppo as withdrawal deal reached

Rebels started pulling out from Aleppo after a deal allowing them to safely leave the besieged city was reached. Aleppo withdrawal spells the failure of 4 years of the opposition's resistance  to the regime of Bashar al Assad accused of multiple war atrocities and a complete "humanitarian meltdown" during the battle for the enclave.
