Polls Show Constitutional Reform in Italy Won't Pass

Poll's leading into this weekend's constitutional referendum in Italy show constitutional reform likely won't pass.

That has Europe on edge—with some predicting a "no" vote will lead to the prime minister's resignation and financial chaos in one of the EU's largest economies.
