China blocks India’s bid to add Pakistani militant to UN blacklist

China has blocked an attempt by India to add a Pakistani militant to a
United Nations blacklist.

Maulana Masood Azhar heads the group Jaish-e-Mohammad which India
blames for several strikes including an attack on an air base at the
start of the year.
