Charleston Church Shooter To Face New Competency Hearing

The shooter convicted earlier in December of killing nine people in a
Charleston, South Carolina church will undergo a second hearing to
determine if he is competent to stand trial. The motion was filed one
day after 22-year-old Dylann Roof appeared in court and confirmed his
plan to represent himself in the death penalty trial.
