US police officer charged over shooting death streamed on Facebook

The officer involved in the deadly shooting of Philando Castile in Minnesota has been charged with manslaughter.  

Local prosecutors said Police Officer Jeronimo Yanez was not justified in using lethal force when he shot the African-American Castile at a traffic stop back in July.
