US authorities believe the Ohio State University student responsible
for Monday's attack on campus was inspired by terrorist propaganda
from ISIS. Abdul Razak Ali Artan rammed his car into a crowd of people
and then charged with a knife before a police officer shot him to
death, and authorities say the ambush looks similar to an attack
encouraged by ISIS in a recent online magazine.
