Philippines' President Rodrigo Duterte has come out strongly against
what he claims are threats by Western countries to try him at the
international Criminal Court. This comes a month after an ICC
prosecutor said Mr. Duterte may face prosecution for the several
thousand extrajudicial killings reported to have taken place since the
start of his ""war on drugs".
