Obama urges voters to overlook Clinton mistakes

US President Barack Obama has urged voters not to believe the "lies" about Hillary Clinton and look passed her mistakes. 

The President hit the campaign trail for his Democrat colleague, urging people in the crucial swing state of Ohio to vote next Tuesday.

It comes as new polls show the race between Clinton and her rival Donald Trump has tightened. 

President Obama asked voters to overlook Clinton's mistakes and focus on her accomplishments.
