The UN Security Council on Wednesday unanimously adopted a resolution that tightens sanctions on North Korea by especially targeting a key revenue source.
For the first time, the council has set a cap on the amount of coal that the country can export, to put a squeeze on Pyongyang's ability to fund its nuclear program.
