MAY PLEDGES 'CUTTING EDGE' POST-BREXIT ECONOMY

UK Prime Minister Theresa May is pledging to keep Britain's corporation tax rate the lowest in the G20 group of developed economies.

It's part of a series of measures she's setting out at the Confederation of British Industry, designed to reassure companies Britain will remain a good place to do business after Brexit.

Mrs May says Britain's economy will be 'cutting edge' after the country leaves the European Union.

Danny Cox of stockbroker Hargreaves Lansdown says her corporation tax pledge could see the rate fall significantly.
