Germany summons Turkish envoy over HDP arrests

Germany's foreign ministry summoned a Turkish envoy over the arrests of more than ten officials from a pro-Kurdish political party.

Relations have been tense between the two countries, with Turkey's president calling Germany a haven for terrorists earlier in the week.
