FBI: No Clinton Charges After Searching New Batch of Emails

The FBI Director has told the US Congress that the agency hasn't changed its conclusions from earlier this year, that there is no case to bring against Hillary Clinton for her handling of private email.

James Comey wrote to lawmakers after an FBI team completed its review of additional evidence that recently came to light.
