In another potential road block to Brexit, the British government is facing a legal challenge over exiting the Single Market once it leaves the EU.
Lawyers argue that Britain's European Economic Area (EEA) membership doesn't end when it removes itself from the EU, and therefore ministers would need to vote on being taken out of it.
