WADA report in Rio's 2016 Olympic Games finds serious failings

A report by the World Anti Doping Agency (WADA) has criticized Rio's 2016 Olympic Games, saying that up to half the planed drug tests were aborted because athletes "could not be found."

This report also stated that there was "little or no in-competition blood testing in many high-risk sports" during the games in Brazil.
