Chief Executive Satya Nadella says Microsoft has spent 1 billion dollars beefing up its cloud capacity in Europe in the past 12 months.
And as Silicon Valley Correspondent Rachel Silverman reports, Microsoft is not the only US tech giant investing significant dollars to keep data in Europe.
