US Supreme Court Declines to Rehear Immigration Proposal Case from President Obama

INTRO:
The US Supreme Court has declined to rehear a case from President
Obama that aimed to spare 4 million people from deportation.

The Justices have decided to keep a lower-court decision in place --
blocking a 2014 Obama Administration plan to help undocumented workers
receive legal residency.
