Trump refuses to say he will accept the results of presidential election if he loses

Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump has refused to say that he will accept the result of next month's election if he loses.

Speaking at the final of three debates with Democratic rival Hillary Clinton, Mr Trump said the electoral system was rigged against him, including voter rolls being stacked with illegal voters.

Mrs Clinton, who leads Mr Trump in the polls, replied that was a totally unacceptable stand. She said Mr Trump had claimed everything from primary results to television awards of being rigged against him, and accused him of trying to undermine the American election system.
