Trump Refuses To Commit To Accepting US Election Result (WRAP)

During the third and final US presidential debate, Donald Trump has refused to commit to accepting the result of the election if he loses on 8th November.

The Republican Presidential candidate, who has been claiming the vote will be 'rigged', told the moderator in Las Vegas he would wait to examine the results.

Meanwhile, his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton called her opponent a puppet of Russian President Vladimir Putin - here's our US correspondent Lorna Shaddick.
