Trump Doubles Down on Voter Fraud Claims

Donald Trump has doubled down on his allegations that the forthcoming US election on 8th November will be rigged.

The Republican presidential nominee told an audience in Green Bay, Wisconsin that studies show rampant voter fraud, even as Republican lawyers have called his claims unfounded.

Mr. Trump also alleged that procedures at polling places weren't above board:

The New York businessman used the rally to propose a five year ban on executive branch and Congressional officials being able to join lobbying firms after they leave government:

The RealClearPolitics average of national US opinion polls shows Mr. Trump's Democratic rival Hillary Clinton leading him by over seven percentage points, at 46 percent to 38.9 percent.
