Russia includes branch of 'Memorial' in 'foreign agents' list

Russia's Justice Ministry has designated the international branch of the human rights group Memorial as a 'foreign agent.'  The group says it considers the decision illegal and will appeal against it in court.  Julia Lyubova reports from Moscow.
