Russia and Saudi Arabia look to boost non-OPEC cooperation

Russia and Saudi Arabia are looking to strengthen their non-OPEC ties.  Russia's Energy Minister is in Saudi Arabia on his first official visit.  It comes after the Russian President said that Moscow is ready to join a proposed cap on oil output by OPEC members.  Julia Lyubova reports from Moscow.
