New York and New Jersey bomber suspect pleads not guilty in first court case

INTRO:
A suspect in last month's bombings in New York and New Jersey has
plead not guilty in court on Wednesday.

The local man, Ahmad Rahimi, was charged with attempted murder after
his arrest for planting bombs in New York and New Jersey involved a
police shootout.
