Legal claims against UK soldiers to be outlawed

British Prime Minister Theresa May has said she will outlaw legal claims against soldiers serving in conflict zones such as Iraq and Afghanistan, describing them as "vexatious". 

She says the government intends to suspend parts of the European Convention on Human Rights for troops serving in battle.  From London, Catherine Drew reports.
