It's emerged the secretary of a major inquiry into child abuse in the UK alerted Britain's Home Secretary about the "competence and professionalism" of the inquiry's chair - New Zealand judge Lowell Goddard...

Less than a week after the complaint at the end of July, Justice Goddard resigned from the post.
