Burundi Rejects UN Investigation on Human Rights Violations

INTRO:
The government of Burundi has rejected a United Nations plan to investigate human rights abuses in the country with officials calling the investigation "biased".

This follows a UN human rights council report released in September, which had identified a list of suspects in the murder and torture of government opponents.
