Belgium Continues to Threaten CETA

European Union trade ministers are due to adopt the Canada-EU trade agreement—better known as CETA—as they meet Tuesday in Luxembourg.

But Belgium is still threatening to undermine the deal which could lead to a huge embarrassment for the EU.
