Ahead of final TV debate, Obama accuses Trump of "whining" on campaign trail

President Obama is accusing Donald Trump of "whining" on America's Presidential campaign trail.

He says there's no evidence whatsoever to support Mr. Trump's claim that the election is "rigged" against him.

The President's intervention came of the eve of the final TV debate between Mr. Trump and Hillary Clinton.

Our US Correspondent Simon Marks is at the debate site in Las Vegas.
