5 New Zika Cases Reported in Miami, Florida

INTRO:
5 new locally transmitted cases of the Zika virus have been reported
by health officials in the US city of Miami, Florida.

The governor has now designated the neighborhood where people
contracted the illness as the state's second Zika transmission zone.
