Volkswagen faces Australian consumer court

Volkswagen's diesel emission software scandal has now landed it in Australia's Federal Court, after Australia's consumer watchdog The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, (ACCC) and started legal action against the German carmaker accusing it of misleading claims.
