US Pres. Obama meets Philippine's Duterte briefly

U.S. President Barack Obama has briefly met with Philippine's President Rodrigo Duterte.

This happened on the sidelines of gala dinner at the ASEAN summit in Laos, after President Duterte used foul language to describe President Obama.
