US deeply concerned about Aleppo, Syria

The Obama administration is convinced that the Russians are helping their ally Syria make a concerted effort to bomb civilians into submission.

The White House is deeply concerned that the fighter jets are still flying over Aleppo, with Save the Children reporting that one of it's medical facilities was hit by a barrell bomb.
