Thousands of tons of aluminum in a New Jersey factory may be part of a
Chinese billionaire's illegal scheme. That's according to officials at
the US Commerce Department, who confirmed they're investigating
whether the factory is disguising the metal as shipping pallets, and
then remelting them for other purposes.
