United Nations calls attacks on humanitarian operations "war crimes"

INTRO:
The United Nations has called the recent attacks on humanitarian
operations in Syria "war crimes".

This comes after a deadly attack hit aid convoys from the UN and the
Red Crescent last week, while the the US-Russia brokered ceasefire
dissolved.
