UN recovers 100 fighters from South Sudan in the DRC

INTRO:
The UN has said that 100 fighters from South Sudan were admitted to
medical facilities in neighboring Democratic Republic of Congo.

The fighters are loyal to the now ousted vice-president Riek Machar,
who fled after fighting rocked the nascent nation in July.
