UN Asks For Ceasefire in Syria and Permissions to Make Aid Delivers

INTRO:
The Untied Nations is urging the United States and Russia to restart a
ceasefire in Syria so aid can enter the country.

This comes as U.S. Secretary of State, John Kerry, said that talks
with Russia were on the brink of suspension.
