Putin accuses Clinton, Trump of “shock” campaign tactics

Russian President Vladimir Putin said both US Presidential candidates use "shock tactics" in their election campaigns. He stopped short from voicing his preferences in the presidential race, saying he hopes the next American leader would be a responsible decision maker. Daria Bondarchuk reports from Moscow.
