The explosion in New York City on Saturday is being treated as a terrorist act.
However, the state's governor says there are currently no links to
international terrorism groups.
29 people were injured in the blast in Manhattan's area of Chelsea,
with a second unexploded device found nearby.
Speaking at the scene of the explosion New York Governor Andrew Cuomo
gave his assessment.
