Moscow says will continue support of Syrian forces on one year anniversary of airstrikes

LEAD:

30th September marks one year since Russia began conducting airstrikes in Syria.  Some Western nations have accused Moscow of possibly committing war crimes in Syria.  Russia insists it will continue bombing rebel-held Aleppo despite US demands to stop.  Julia Lyubova reports from Moscow.
