ISSG reached "general understanding", but failed to revive Syrian truce

At the second meeting in New York the International Syria Support Group (or ISSG) has fail to revive Syrian truce . Moscow said a "general understanding" that terrorist shouldn't benefit from the crumbling ceasefire was reached. But Washington blamed Russia and Syria for not delivering their part of the ceasefire agreement. Daria Bondarchuk reports from the Russian capital.
